At Brookston Oaks Brewery, we believe beer should be bold, flavourful, and worth every sip—whether it’s gluten-free or not. We refuse to settle for “good enough,” and we don’t think you should either.
Born from our family’s struggle with celiac disease, our brewery started with one mission:
to prove that gluten-free beer can be every bit as bold, rich, and satisfying as traditional brews. We’re not looking for the easy way out—we’re about crafting something better.
Our Values
We take our inspiration from the land we call home—our family farm, built on Brookston Clay and surrounded by mighty oak trees. Our roots run deep here, and every beer we make is a tribute to tradition, heritage, and the simple pleasure of a cold pint.
And let’s be clear: We don’t make “gluten-tolerant” beer like some of the others. We go all in. No gluten, no shortcuts. Because when it comes to beer, why settle?
